+CALL TO PRAISE AND PRAYER
Leader: God of all beginnings, you created humankind in your own image, male and female.
People: O God our Parent, help us to be redeemed in that image as integral components of the ecosystem.
Leader: God of all beginnings, you created the elements that made the earth and all lives in it.
People: O God our Parent, help us to nourish our interdependence.
Leader: God of all beginnings, you created us affirm the sacredness of life that dwells within and around us.
People: Help us, O God our Parent, to harmoniously unify and uplift our spirit, breathe peace of mind and revitalize our body in our daily life and activities.

MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT OF SHI BA SHI
At this moment, the instructor/leader will introduce the basic orientation and the spirituality expressed through Shi Ba Shi.

Leader: Brothers and sisters, Shi Ba Shi stands for the 18 oriental healing movements that emphasized the importance of being one with the nature. As we do the 18 movements of healing, we are putting ourselves to embrace in the life giving Spirit revealed in the nature, re-weaving ourselves into the tapestry of humanity, and enable us to inspire oneself and our neighbour.

Then the Leader will lead the prayer with the Meditative Movements. The Leader will say. Let us pray together.

O God of Nature, as we do the 18 meditative movements of healing help us to be healed. Help us to enjoy the space for our own holistic and spiritual growth.
AMEN.
Having a moment of silence.

O God of Nature, as we do the 18 meditative movements of healing, relieve us from the unnecessary tensions and stress that oppressed us.
AMEN.
Having a moment of silence.

O God of Nature, as we do the 18 meditative movements of healing, restore our intrinsic energy, give us peace of mind that help us discern our priorities in life.
AMEN.

O God of Nature, as we do the 18 meditative movements of healing, purify us from pollutants and make us alert, focus and with sharp memory.

Having a moment of silence.

O God of Nature, as we do the 18 meditative movements of healing, makes our immune system healthy, cleanse and energize us.

Then the Leader will introduce the 18 meditative movements of healing.

1.       Waving hands by the lake.
2.       Expanding chest on top of the mountain.
3.       Painting the rainbow.
4.       Parting the clouds.
5.       Weaving silk in the air.
6.       Rowing the boat.
7.       Sage presents peach.
8.       Gaze at the moon.
9.       Wind rustles lotus leaves.
10.   Waving hands in the clouds.
11.   Scooping the sea and viewing the sky.
12.   Rolling with the waves.
13.   The dove spread it wings.
14.   Dragon emerging from the sea.
15.   The flying wild goose.
16.   Windmills turning in the breeze.
17.   Bouncing ball in the sunshine.
18.   Natures fragrance drifts up.

THE LORD’S PRAYER
DIOS NA MAGULANG, BANAL ANG NGALAN. PAMAMAYANI AY SUMAAMIN. GAWIN NAWA ANG ‘YONG KALOOBAN. SA LUPA GAYA NG LANGIT.

IPAGKALOOB NGAYON SA AMIN, PANG-ARAW-ARAW NAMING KAKANIN. KAMI SA SALA AY PATAWARIN, NAGPAPATAWAD SA KAPWA RIN.

H’WAG MONG SA TUKSO’Y KAMI’Y TULUTAN. KUNDI ILIGTAS SA KASAMAAN. PAMAMAYANI, KAPANGYARIHAN, KALUWALHATIAN, SA ‘YONG TANAN. AMEN.

Leader: The Lord blesses us and keeps us. The Lord makes his face shine on us and be gracious to us. The Lord look upon us with favour and grant us peace. Amen.
