MOVEMENT OF SHI BA SHI
At this moment, the instructor/leader will
introduce the basic orientation and the spirituality expressed through Shi Ba
Shi.
Leader: Brothers and sisters, Shi Ba Shi stands for the 18 oriental
healing movements that emphasized the importance of being one with the nature.
As we do the 18 movements of healing, we are putting ourselves to embrace in
the life giving Spirit revealed in the nature, re-weaving ourselves into the
tapestry of humanity, and enable us to inspire oneself and our neighbour.
Then the Leader will lead the prayer with the
Meditative Movements. The Leader will say. Let us pray together.
O God of Nature, as we do the 18 meditative movements of healing help us
to be healed. Help us to enjoy the space for our own holistic and spiritual
growth.
AMEN.
Having a moment of silence.

us from the unnecessary tensions and stress that oppressed us.
