The proclamation 1081 of President Ferdinand Marcos was tainted with human rights abuses, corruptions and anomalies.
People:  September 21 is a time of remembering sacrifices, courage, resistance and hope. It is a time for renewing our vow to pursue justice and the fullness of life. It is a time for affirming our faith in the vision of a democratic, just and peaceful society where peoples develop their full potentials and live with dignity.

The Tibetan bowl will be beaten thrice.
